📑 RULES & REGS 📑

THIS EVENT WILL TAKE PLACE ON THE AXIE ESPORTS SERVER

• One day event
• Single elimination
• One account per player
• NO Mystic Runes or Charms allowed
• Best of 3 matches; Final Round is Best of 5.
• Rock, Paper, Scissors will be used to decide who goes first. Players then alternate who goes first.
• Player inventory is fixed at the start of the tournament
• There is an unlimited Axie Pool and players may swap teams from that inventory only.
• Registration will be closed 24hrs before the tournament start time in order to add your account to the Esports server.

Your user ID is required to play. No user ID or incorrect ID will result in disqualification. Here’s how to retrieve your user ID:

• Players must try to communicate both via DISCORD and CG chat room. If your opponent shows up and asks for some time, this will not be counted as a NO-SHOW. (ALLOWED WAITING TIME: 20 MINS)
• In the case of a player playing in 2 events at the same time, the maximum waiting time is 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, you can report 3-0 in your favor. We do NOT recommend that players take part in two events at once.

It is the player’s responsibility to check for disputes BEFORE submitting scores. Once the score has been reported and the next round has started we will no longer accept disputes, and no re-matches will occur.

If a player has been found (with evidence) to have breached the rules after the round is complete and pending the severity of the situation, a moderator may decide to disqualify that player from the rest of our tournament and forfeit any prizes accumulated.

👤 PLAYER CONDUCT 👤

• We recommend that players double check their check-in status to make sure everything is set.
• Disputes/disconnects/technical issues will be decided by the players, proof required. Winner's choice to replay.
• If a remake happens, everything has to stay the same. In the event of a mutual dispute (no clear winner), the moderator’s decision will be final.
• Please maintain sportsmanship and a positive attitude. We are here to be inclusive.
• Offensive or derogatory language will result in a warning or ban from all E4E events.
• Please report incidents of harassment to our mods on Discord
• Right to disqualify: E4E organizers reserve the right to disqualify players.
