ACCEPTANCE AND CONSENT.

All players must read the tournament regulations. Not knowing the rules does not exempt the participant from possible sanctions. By joining this tournament, participants authorize BEGAMER to use their image (team logos, participant photos, videos, etc.) in promotional material and multimedia content, through their social networks or stream channel designated for this event.

DAY 1 FORMAT: The 128 participants will face each other in single elimination rounds. Best of 3 (Bo3). If the number of participants is less, the format provided will also be followed.

DAY 2: From ROUND 16, games will be played in single elimination rounds, Best of 3 (Bo3), up to Semifinals and Finals (Bo5)

The schedule will be handled in UTC time. The dates and times for each activity will be as follows:

Registration closes: 6 AUG 15:00 UTC

Check-In Start: 6 AUG 15:00 UTC

Check-In ENDS : 6 AUG 16:00 UTC

Tournament Start: 6 AUG 16:10 UTC

DAY 2 SEMIFINALS START: 7 AUG 18:00 UTC

1st place: $35 USD / 2nd place: $15 USD

COMMUNICATION CHANNELS

Players will be able to communicate through the channels enabled for this purpose (discord channels), on the server BEGAMER DISCORD Private messages will not be answered or by any other means than those mentioned here. Also, you will find a channel for SUPPORT, the results of the games will be published on the platform.

GENERAL

NO RUNES, NO CHARMS AND INFINITY AXIES

USER RESPONSIBILITIES The player must use their own Axie Infinity gear/scholarship and their RONIN user during the tournament. In the case of technical failures caused by the set up, internet connection or power cut by the player, it will be the player's responsibility to find the means to solve it and be able to continue in the tournament. Otherwise, you will forfeit the match, the round, or be eliminated from the competition.

PUNTUALITY

Players will have 10 minutes to show up for their initial games, from the date and time stipulated in these regulations. In the subsequent rounds, the start time of each game will be determined by the tournament administrators, who will communicate it through the discord server and the participants will have 10 minutes of tolerance, to show up for their games. Once this period has passed, the game/round will be considered lost.

START OF GAMES

The organization of the tournament will prepare a document with the Discord user, RONIN ID user. This document can be used to look up the Ronin address (using CTRL+F) of your opponent and issue the match invite.

Once the round has started (announced by one of the tournament administrators, through the discord server), the players will have 10 minutes to start the games. Those who do not show up, once the 10 minute tolerance period has expired, the game will be considered lost.

CODE OF CONDUCT

CHEATING, BUG ABUSE AND MATCH-FIXING

Players will not be able to use any system glitches that give them any in-game advantage or cheat. Match fixing or wintrade is also not allowed. Given evidence of this behavior, the player will be banned from this and future tournaments held by BEGAMER.

FAIR PLAY AND BEHAVIOR

Participants are expected to play to the best of their ability, showing all their skill within the game, having honesty, being a good competitor and using fair play as moral principles. Verbal abuse, discriminatory acts, harassment of any kind, between players or towards tournament staff, will not be tolerated. Whoever does not comply with this rule will be banned from this and future tournaments organized by BEGAMER.
