Introducing CG’s Summer Points Program!

The Summer Points Program is officially launched! With it, users can earn points by completing various activities and quests. No more waitlisting or closed-beta restrictions, now everyone can play and earn every day. Give Byte’s treasure wheel a try and see where you rank!

Quests: Each day comes with various opportunities for you to earn Points!

• Spin Byte’s Wheel and open loot boxes for a shot at earning surprise rewards every day!
• Engage with CG on social media by following, liking, and reposting on Twitter, watching and subscribing on YouTube, or joining us on Discord!
• Tournament Quests: Earn points by winning matches, and tournaments, ranking in the top 10%, or hosting tournaments. These quests do not expire and can be completed many times!
• Participate in surveys, quizzes, and predictions to showcase your knowledge!
• Earn by just logging in every day! A grand prize awaits each week for a 7-day streak!

Rankings: Quests Leaderboards are live! Users will be ranked in 3 categories: Tournament, Quests, and Referral Points! Rewards: You can redeem your rewards at the end of summer based on your rank and accumulated Points!

Referral System: Invite your friends to unlock even more earnings! Bonus Points for you and your friend, upon starter kit completion. Plus a 5% reward for each of your friend's activities!

Unveiling CG’s Mascot “Byte”

We are excited to introduce "Byte," the official mascot of Community Gaming! Byte will be featured across various pages and activities, adding a fun and engaging element to your experience on the platform.

Tournament Setup Updates

• We've refined the public/private toggle in the tournament creation flow to eliminate confusion and make the process more intuitive.

• The Single/Multiple bracket tabs have been removed from the Brackets section. Instead, a new “+ add bracket” button has been introduced, streamlining the setup process. Round Robin (RR) single bracket tournaments are now available, providing more flexibility in tournament formats.

• The prize and chain values in the prize input section have been updated. Options have been reordered based on usage, making it easier to select the right prize.

• Updated the order of Advanced Options for ease of use.

Explore Tournaments Page Improvements

• A new sorting option has been added, allowing users to sort tournaments by their start date on the Explore page, making it easier to find upcoming events.
• We have addressed various UI/UX issues with the filters, significantly improving the experience on mobile devices.
• The region filter issues have been addressed, and a Global option has been included for broader tournament searches.
• Issues with the date range filter on the explore page have been fixed, ensuring accurate search results.

Other Bug Fixes and Improvements

• Included Mantle Network on the Wallets page.
• Quest completion popups for instant feedback.
• A product tour to guide newcomers through starter kit quests.
• Added localization for KO, JP, and RU languages.
• Updated the design of social login/signup options and reordered them based on usage.
• Added links to the Help Center and tutorial videos to the Organizer Dashboard.
• Added the UK as a new country for Europe and alphabetized the countries' order.
• Resolved cover/thumbnail issues.
• Fixed the tournament card UI issue for long tournament names.
• Improved performance of the User Dashboard stats query.
• Refined error messages for social quests.
• Updated social share images.
• Updated quest order so new quests appear at the top.
• Improved UX for linking external wallets in quests.
• Fixed headline issue on the visitor homepage.
• Hidden "ends in..." date UI indication for long quests.
• Resolved the issue where mobile users couldn’t click on tournament cards in "my tournaments" and "organizer" tabs.
• Added a descriptive tooltip for the Advanced Distribution setting.
• Detailed error message when Invitational Slot is set to zero.
• Fixed modal alignment issues.
• Updated YouTube Subscription Quest.
• Fixed daily login quest and quest assignment pop-up issues.
• Fixed redirect link issue on Android.
• Split Discord Quest into two: "Link" and "Join".
